This resource is a 16-page booklet which includes sections on: Market research Target audience Idea generation (flavours, textures shape, colours) Brand design (product name, logo, slogan, USP) Product packaging design Photos of product Evaluation with prompt questions During this project, children will be designing their own chocolate product from start to finish. After carrying out market research, they will choose their target audience. They will then generate many ideas before finalising a brand name, logo, slogan, product and USP (unique selling point.) With this in mind, they will then create a final design for their product’s packaging. Once the product has been created (and tasted!) they will complete an evaluation of it. Every class I have completed this project with have absolutely loved it and always talk about it for many years following!
